The Kingdom of God!

 

Chapter 113

 

The Body of Christ has forgotten how to fight! We have allowed the enemy to talk us into fighting with only our shoes of peace, our belt of truth, our armor of righteousness and we take off our helmet of salvation and with the carnal mind we beat the enemy over the head with religion!

 

All because, as a whole, we don't want to use the sward of the Spirit! It takes the written word and the prophetic word together! It takes the written word and the prophetic word coming together to make up the sward of the Spirit!

 

Every denomination including, Catholic, Luthren, Baptist, Pentecostal, etc came about because of a revelation. Denomination was inserted to keep you in one spot. If you were ever caught drifting toward the next revelation another rule was added to keep you in the fold.

 

The Catholic's had a revelation of the passion of Christ. The crucifixion of Christ.Then along came Martin Luther and had a revelation that the just shall live by faith. Not by works but by faith and the Catholic Church tried to kill him for it. By this revelation the Lutheran Church was formed.

 

Then all at once there were two boys named Wesley who got a revelation out of the Lutheran revelation, and they called it sanctification and holiness. They called it Methodism. Another denomination was formed. Denomination means to divide! Out of the Methodist revelation came the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit revelation and one woman fell out under the power of the Holy Spirit and lay there. Someone said Pastor John Wesley what are we going to do with her. He said just wait until she wakes up and we will see. When she woke up, she raised her hands and said Praise the Lord! John Wesley said that is of the Lord!

 

And out of that came the Pentecostal movement. And here they came with power like you have never seen. Preachers like A. A. Allan, William Brannon, Jack Coe, Kathryn Coolman, and Oral Roberts. I talked with a man who was Jack Coe's driver and I asked him if everyone Jack prayed for was healed and he said yes! There was a woman in the early 1900's that was holding a revival in a rural community and for two miles around everyone was saved.

 

You may say to me, "Well, I have never seen anything like that in my church!" The reason for this is that in all of these movement religious leaders took over and made rules and laws in order to keep their people confined to their revelation!

 

Then came a man named Kenneth Hagin. He had a revelation of the Word of Faith. If you store in your heart the word of God and confess it with your mouth you can have what you say with your mouth. Mark 11:22-24, Rom. 10:8-11.

 

Out of the word of faith movement came Kenneth Copland who establish the Victory Channel. A few years later he established the Flash Point program hosted by Gene Bailey and they brought on proven prophets bringing the word and prophetic together. This program is now all over the world and thousands have been saved as a result.

 

The problem with denominations is that they divide the body of Christ. Each one is centered around a revelation given by the Holy Spirit. Men have a great tendency to do this because they think that they now have the whole truth, and all others are mistaken.

It is very hard to leave your home church if they refuse to move on with the leading of the Holy Spirit. To be able to do this you have to make a resolute decision that you are going to seek the truth and be willing to allow the Holy Spirit to lead you in the right direction. It is very hard to leave behind your friends that don't understand what the Lord has revealed to you and to be criticized by many of them as heretic.

 

Therefore, so many Christians stay in their church even though they know what they are being taught is not the truth. There is a religious spirit involved in this that will keep them from being led by the Holy Spirit. I know several preachers that know much more about the Kingdom of Heaven but will not share it with their congregations because they know that they would be branded and put out of their church. Not only that but I know many people who know much more that they dare to explain because they know that they would be put out! They are captivated by a religious spirit.

 

Back in the 60's through the 80's there rose up a group called The Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship. It swept over our nation. They would meet on a Saturday evening, and they would have a speaker who would either teach or give their testimony about what the Lord has done for them. A friend of mine invited me to attend one of these meetings and I met the President of this chapter, and he invited me to come to a prayer meeting he held every Friday night.

 

I begin to attend his prayer meetings and I became involved in the FGBMF and ended up leading their praise and worship. We would have between 200 and 340 people attending these meetings from every denomination. I became friends with people from every denomination. They were hungry for a touch of the Lord in their lives, most of these people went back to their churches and share what the Lord was doing in their lives.

 

The Body of Christ needs all of these revelations in order to wield the Sword of the Spirit! Eph. 6:17. Interesting that S stands for Spirit and the rest is Word making up the word sword!

 

The world is getting darker and darker and we all are aware of this. However, light always dispels darkness and we are about to see the greatest outpouring of the Holy Spirit the world has ever seen.

 

What most of us don't understand or are not aware of is that the Lord has multitudes of His people in all these nations that have suppressive governments! Darkness cannot stop light and the light of the Lord is shining in these nations. Don't be surprised when the people rise and do away with their leaders and establish freedom in their nations.

 

We are living in the last of the last days! The old is passing away and everything is becoming new. Are you going to be a part of bringing this to pass?
